Saga Dawa Festival Tour

Celibrated on the 15th day of the 4th Tibetan month, the Saga Dawa festival is one of Tibet's most important religious festivals. This day commemorates the birth, nirvana and parinirvana (death) of the Buddha. Tibetans believe that good deeds and prayers are multiplied thousands of times during this festival. The tour will take us to Tarboche, where the festival is held annually, as well as visiting Lake Manasarovar and Milarepa's Cave.
