It was so fortunate to survive the recent catastrophic earthquake in Nepal. We, a group of 22 people, landed Kathmandu a moment before the earthquake hit the country on 25th April 2015 and the chaos it created is an awful experience. We were in Nepal for our 12 days Nepal-Bhutan tour with 6 nights in Nepal. The service provided by Mr. Rajaram Phuyal, even at those circumstances, is absolutely amazing. He safely conducted our tour without a glitch. We even donated to Mr. Naresh Bhattarai – Managing Director of Mount Kailash Resort in Pokhara, as a relief for the earthquake victims of Gurkha – one of the severely affected areas. We had a perfect holiday experience in Bhutan and back in Kathmandu we enjoyed the guided tour. Some of the heritage sites are affected still enjoyed our sightseeing.
